		<description>The Duke would never suspect Yueh, because of his Suk Imperial Conditioning.  Anyone who undergoes Suk conditioning is incapable of causing harm.  No one had ever overcome that conditioning before.  That&#039;s what made Yueh the perfect assassin . . . he was (in theory) incapable of being an assassin.</description>
